Curva is a free, unofficial, personal F1 analytics project. These terms, in short: use it for your own enjoyment, don't scrape or abuse it, and remember the data and simulations can be wrong.
Curva is an independent, personal Formula 1 analytics project, built and run by Joaquin Lara ("Curva", "we"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Curva provides free F1 analytics: charts, standings, a calendar, race replays, strategy simulations, aggregated news headlines, and season data. It is an informational, fan project. It requires no account and sells no product or service.
Curva is an unofficial, independent project. It is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, or any of their teams or organisations.
You may use Curva freely for your own personal, non-commercial interest. In using it, you agree not to:
The design, code, original text, branding, and visual presentation of Curva belong to its creator. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.
Session and timing data comes from the official F1 feed via the FastF1 library. News headlines and images come from outside outlets and belong to their respective owners; Curva links back to the original source and claims no ownership of them.
F1, FORMULA 1, FORMULA ONE, GRAND PRIX, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. They are used here for descriptive purposes only. Curva claims no rights in them.
Curva links to news headlines and images owned by other outlets, always crediting and linking to the original source. If you are a rights holder and believe your material has been used improperly, email us at admin@curvaanalytics.com with a description of the material and where it appears on the site. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
Curva is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. While we aim for the data to be correct, the analytics, simulations, and statistics may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies, and simulations are predictive models, not official outcomes.
You should not rely on Curva for betting, financial decisions, or any other purpose where accuracy is critical. Official results are published only by F1 and the FIA.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curva and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from any errors or inaccuracies in its content or data.
As a personal project, Curva may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time and without notice. Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.
Curva links to third-party sites, such as news sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Curva's use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the United States.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Curva regarding your use of the site. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms on some occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
